This notice is prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") to inform you about how GENEZ LLC, operating CallFluently, processes your personal data.

For users located in Turkey, this notice supplements our Privacy Policy and takes precedence where Turkish law applies.

Personal Data Processed

• Identity & Contact: Full name, email address, phone number
• Service Usage: English proficiency level, scheduled call times and topics, call history
• Voice & Content: Conversation transcripts (stored permanently), voice recordings (30 days via VAPI, then auto-deleted), AI analysis scores (grammar, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation)
• Payment: Balance top-up history; card data processed solely by Stripe
• Technical: IP address, session cookies

Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request access to your processed data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion under applicable conditions
• Object to international data transfers
• Seek compensation for unlawful processing
